Top 5 iOS Navigation and Maps Apps in Ukraine: Q2 2025 Performance

During the second quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications on iOS in Ukraine showcased varying performance trends. Here's an overview of how each app fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a consistent presence with weekly downloads initially around 17.6K, experiencing a slight dip mid-quarter to 13.7K, before rising again to approximately 16.7K by the end of June. The app's weekly active users grew from 3.47M to 3.84M, showing a steady increase throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a significant boost in weekly downloads, starting at 8.2K and rising to 12.2K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at 575K in late May before settling at 517K.

MapXplorer: Navigation, Radar experienced a decline in weekly downloads from 2.5K to just 454 by the end of June. However, its weekly revenue showed a peak at $1K in mid-June, while active users varied slightly, closing at 15.6K.

Google Earth had a modest increase in weekly downloads, starting at 1.6K and ending at 1.7K. Active users increased from 35.6K to 37.3K, indicating steady engagement.

Finally, MAPS.ME: Offline Maps, GPS Nav showed a gradual rise in weekly downloads from 1.3K to 1.9K. Weekly active users also increased, reaching 53.4K by the end of June.
